The PowerArm Total Trainer is a full strength training system that is designed for all Position Players as well as Hitters. A Door Hinge Anchor encased in latex rubber (will not damage hinge) permits use year around, indoors or out. The Total Trainer includes: 3 Resistance Tubes (8 lbs., 10 lbs., and 12 lbs. of Resistance) - Official Size Baseball - Door Hinge/Post/Fence Anchor - Backpack - PowerArm Brochure with Instructions - PLUS you get the PowerArm Hitter that comes with a rubber-coated (will not damage bat) Bat Clamp and Spring Snap Link that slip over a player's bat knob down to the barrel. The Clamp/Link is attached to one end of a Resistance Tube with the other end of the Tube attached to the Door Anchor, a post, or fence. This is the only training aid on the market that enables players to use their own bat while practicing the correct swing/plane and building arm strength and bat speed. Players with advanced body development may start with a more resistant tube.
